  1. Payment:

    • First-time customers are required to make full payment upfront.

  2. Usage and Copyright:

    • You are not permitted to claim, edit, reproduce, or use the commissioned artworks for commercial purposes without obtaining the appropriate license from the artist.

    • If you intend to use the artworks for profit, such as merchandise, you must purchase a license from the artist.

    • The artist retains the right to use and sell the finished commissions as part of their portfolio or artbook, while the commissioner still maintains copyright ownership of the artworks.

    • The artworks will not be sold as prints.

  3. Digital-only Artwork:

    • As a digital illustrator, all artworks are created and delivered in digital format. There will be no shipping of physical goods.

  4. Providing References and Details:

    • It is essential to provide clear references and detailed instructions when making a commission request.

    • Preferably, provide graphic or picture references rather than relying solely on textual descriptions.

  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be issued if the artist cancels the commission, in which case a full refund will be provided.

  6. Completion Timeframe and Rush Fees:

    • The artist will provide an approximate completion date for the commission.

    • If you request a rushed delivery earlier than the agreed-upon completion date, a rush fee may apply.

Please note that these terms are subject to change, and it is recommended to review them before initiating a commission.

REVISION POLICY

  1. Major revisions:

    • Major revisions are only available during the first sketch stage, specifically with the initial sketch provided by the artist.

    • Clients may request significant changes to the composition, elements, or overall direction of the artwork at this stage.

  2. Minor revisions:

    • After the initial sketch is fixed, clients are entitled to 2-3 minor revisions.

    • Minor revisions typically involve small adjustments, such as refining details, color variations, or minor composition tweaks.

  3. Color revisions:

    • After the final preview is sent, clients may request 2-3 minor color revisions.

    • These revisions pertain to adjustments in color tones, saturation, or overall color scheme.

  4. Exclusion of missed details:

    • Any missed details in the commission details or reference materials provided by the client will not be counted towards the 3 minor revisions.

  5. Revision fees for major changes:

    • In the event that a major change is requested during the fixed sketch or final stage, a revision fee will be applicable.

    • The revision fee will range from 20% to 40% of the original commission amount, depending on the complexity of the requested change.

Please keep in mind that the purpose of this policy is to ensure efficient communication and manage the revision process effectively. The artist strives to deliver high-quality work that meets your expectations within the scope of the initial agreement.
